No. Textile never holds your funds or keys. Settlement runs through Uniswap's audited limit-order contracts, and every write path — in the app and in the API — hands you an unsigned transaction or an EIP-712 payload that your own wallet signs.

Yes, at https://api.textilecredit.com, documented at https://docs.textilecredit.com/api/. v1 is the stable order-book API: list corridors, get an executable quote, receive an unsigned transaction, sign and broadcast it yourself, and track settlement via signed webhooks. It also supports resting limit orders and partial fills. v2 is an RFQ venue in alpha that returns a single firm quote for an exact size. There is also a public, no-auth rates feed at https://api.textilecredit.com/tickers in the CoinGecko tickers format.
